      Pros

      I was able to work a schedule that allowed me to a great work/life balance. I was available during regular business hours and I could work on project scheduling during off hours. The benefits were great, the pay was decent.

      Cons

      Because the company reviewed its financial standing every 3 months, you did not know if you would be a part of a rduction in workforce this time or next time.

      Good and supportive manager, Great office location, lot of opportunities to learn new skills, very professional colleagues, good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Sales team get highest importance, no fixed desk for services team, low salary compared to other colleagues and other professionals, salary not based on skills and talent, profit focussed management, no active HR in UK, very low benefits compared to other Deltek countries, bonus scheme is a joke, American culture, very limited company sponsored social events, employee feedback has no value, no overtime payment on weekdays, lack of communication between teams, very high workload and low compensation, outdated laptops and mobile phones, very rare growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, nice relaxed environment where you can wear jeans on Fridays. Company provides additional career development courses available to anyone.

      Cons

      Moved away from services and focused on product sales. New management has changed the focus from culture to the bottom line. No longer raffle off extra event tickets to employees.
