When I think about Why Deltek, it starts with the people. While sometimes a remote culture is challenging, I have the opportunity to work with so many different people around the world and across the business. The people also genuinely care about you as a person, not just the work you do and I have developed life-long friendships with my co-workers. I am the type of person who needs a good challenge and Deltek offers that for me. I have the chance to take on new challenges, learn new skills and processes and find opportunities to help my area of the business thrive. If you are looking for a place that will continue to challenge you and not just do the same thing every day, Deltek is a great option! Finally is opportunities for growth and during my decade+ tenure, I continue to see opportunities for growth - growth in my expertise, my leadership, my projects I can manage, my responsibilities and my title. While the path isn't a cookie cutter path to a "next step," there are plenty of chances to grow and develop in my career.

As a bigger company, sometimes it's challenging to push things through and make meaningful change and as a more established company, you won't see start-up type money, which can be challenging for some people.
