A successful, growing company with a good benefits package. Deltek actively promotes a healthy work-life balance and offers flexible working arrangements, including optional office attendance. The senior leadership team are approachable and inclusive, with a good male/female balance. The organizational culture combines the close-knit, values-driven environment of a smaller firm with the operational stability and resources of a larger enterprise.

Most people work remote, so more junior colleagues might find it harder to network and make connections

The environment is a blame focused environment is that blame focus is driven by upper management leadership (Sr. Managers, Directors, Sr. Directors, and VPs). Deltek has chosen to promote employees into these people into leadership positions which have a number of HR complaints against them so Deltek clearly show they do not adhere to their "Values"
