I've been with Deltek for 9 and a half years, starting as a Sales Rep and working my way up to Team Lead and now Global Sales Manager. Throughout my journey, I've experienced incredible growth and support from the company. One of the most remarkable aspects of Deltek is its culture and work/life balance. It's truly the best I've ever experienced. The company fosters a supportive and collaborative environment where employees are encouraged to thrive both professionally and personally. I've kept in touch with numerous colleagues who have left Deltek for other opportunities. Many of them have reached out to express how much they miss Deltek and wish they could return. This speaks volumes about the positive and lasting impact Deltek has on its employees. Despite receiving frequent recruitment offers from other companies, I have no intention of leaving Deltek.
