      My coworkers. Great bunch of people.

      Cons

      Horrible management. They are hiring management from outside the company who have no experience in the material handling industry. Cannot keep good talent. Recently have let go of several highly experienced engineers. HR only sees you as a number, not as a colleague. Morale is extremely low. Used to be a great company, but has gone downhill ever since we were bought by Kion.

      Bad company for International Students with no job security. International students, please avoid this company as they target international students during the lay-off and don't hear about you and your concerns.

      The team I work with is great. Good working environment.

      Cons

      Work life balance is non-existent at this company. Management shows no desire to fairly compensate employees as they have routinely refused to match cost of living increases. They claim to base pay off of the industry instead of making an effort to be an industry leader when it comes to employee care.
