      It is a stepping stone and looks good on your resume.

      Cons

      Managers are out of touch. Demands everything and gives nothing. Underpays employees. Outsources work to other countries. Does not get work visas for employees from out of country.

      Job security, especially during the pandemic, Strong leadership, power shift from Grand Rapids to Atlanta bringing about mindset change, new departments and roles, Good Benefits, Learning never stops, Structure, Great place to start career in material handling/warehouse automation

      Cons

      Slow career advancement, below market salary, Old school, but changing, mindset, Management takes time to build trust, several layers of management in some departments with rigid process, not an environment for entrepreneurial or startup types, lateral moves within company not easy
