The intranet is slower than my home. They will say one thing, and do another, usually at the employee's detriment. They will gaslight you. They will never pay you what you are worth, and will fail to match any sort of inflation. The managers and others within the company are highly politically driven, and promote a environment of untrustworthiness and backstabbing. They often require weekends, weeknights in addition to the 40 hours a week. They do not offer OT in almost all situations. Management is incompetent, and has no real idea where the company is headed long-term, or tomorrow.

Work environment very quickly became Toxic with little regard to training or any program committed to monitoring employee milestones and progression.
