Pros
People. The people in my team are amazing and make my job great. Also work life balance in Simulation team is always consistently better than other departments.
Cons
There are many teams doing simulation none of which are on the same page. As a result we have many people going in different directions and doing duplicate efforts. We operate too much in silos. HR is difficult to work with in my opinion.
