Pros

The only pros are the insurance and the people you work with.

Cons

DUS WILL absolutely lie to you. You will not be "getting your own room" you will most likely not be going to AOH or the other better camps unless you're lucky. Thats not even what Im upset about, I just cant believe this company gets away with CONSTANTLY lying to its staff and treating them like they are stupid. They have no respect, they'll call you at a funeral asking you to come back to work after you just left. They'll lie to you about your job up until the second they no longer can. They will look you in your eyes and say they had "no idea" about issues happening at camp after you call them several times. Unless you need insurance really bad seriously don't work here. If you do, don't take anything management says seriously. It's legitimately embarrassing to keep falling for their tricks.
