Pros

They actually have a training plan for most positions. The teams are a set group so you can get familiar with doing tasks a set way. Built in over time with a week on week off schedule.

Cons

High turn over if not use to long hours. Shifts happen regardless of weather conditions. Most people don't get PTO.

Laughable Pay for the amount of work.

Pros

Good co workers. Many opportunities to meet new people since there is a revolving door of new employees. Lots of job openings because so many people quit.

Cons

Pay is almost criminal. Used to start at 12 an hour. Now starts at 14. Don't forget you will be doing the jobs for multiple people, because they are never fully staffed. Many employees leave for higher paying, similar jobs on the slope with better companies.
