Pros
Learned a large deal about process engineering, project engineering, and being a PM. You get to work with the entire life cycle of a project, and to this day much of what I know I attribute to working at the Dennis Group
Cons
Travel is insane. You're there for months at a time, doing 10 days on site, 4 days at home. By the 7th or 8th day straight working in a startup environment, you want to go home. The camaraderie is there, but long term the travel starts to add up
