Pros

Worked with some great teammates, office has a small boutique firm feel, great PTO with flexibility and accommodations for family, a strong work- life balance appreciation.

Cons

High healthcare insurance, low raises and bonuses, admin is turning corporate, upper management treat support staff poorly, constant merges have caused whirlwind changes.

Growing too fast

Pros

Gives you name brand recognition in the legal market and the world.

Cons

Growing too fast to allow the staff to get their feet underneath them. Cost is high turnover ratio or basically burning through employees.

Pros

The only decent pro was the benefits.

Cons

There was working from home. However, you get to work at all hours so a work-life balance is difficult. The company does not treat you with much respect. There is a lack of growth opportunity and they are financially blind. Management will not train staff but will waste money on travel.
