Firm growth has outpaced firm operations capacity Clients are fleeing Employees are fleeing Firm computer systems are out of date Departments do not work together Employee workloads are unsustainable Unprofessional and unethical middle management practices Ability to move up in the firm has less to do with competency, ability and work ethic and more to do with who you know

Cons

Disjointed. No cohesion. New offices added just to be added. Absolutely no synergies. Firm grows by buying other firms.
