Pros

WFH policy and flexible working is good.

Cons

Consistently underpaying against competitor companies. Constantly shifting upper management have differing ideas on company structure meaning disorganisation is rife. Meagre 5% employer pension contribution.

Pros

Earlier at Dentsu IDC you will get global exposure and learning opportunities. Work life balance is the best and many practices are followed to promote same.

Cons

Dentsu IDC is merging to new DGS (dentsu global services) with paragon and has a toxic culture and making the agency process driven(unnecessary) rather than creative. ( Dentsu India, Merkle sokrati are great agency in dentsu, paragon and DGS not so good) New management of DGS is bad for individual growth and marketing learning Low compensation compared to other agencies.
