Lastly, the company is absolutely obsessed with numbers. When hired, you will understand. They want to see you sell a lot of necessities (pillows, protectors, sheets. etc) and also want to make sure you reach particular numbers during your presentation with customers. If you do so, they will promote you ridiculously quickly. However, the company seems to overlook the simple attribute when wanting to promote someone, which is if they can actually run a store and lead fellow workers.
