Great training, amazing opportunity to learn and grow. Products available monthly [and also great]. Good environment.

Cons

Management need to focus more on what is important to skin therapists and clients, other than what they think is good. Esthetician should be more listened to as they are the core of the company. Jane is an esthetician herself.
