Great skilled and friendly therapists to work with Allocations

Cons

Disorganised from top to middle management. Unrealistic understanding of what a store requires and provides solutions that are destined for failure. Their competitive salary is based of pre-covid economy and not reflective of the current cost of living crisis. Company operations is both inefficient and ineffective.

After successfully archiving goals management will change the perimeters so you can no longer achieve goal. Dermalogica does no value its field team or and continues to ask more and give less.
