Product allocation #1 Health benefits (prior to buyout) The products as well as the educational support for accounts Paid holiday and vacation days

Cons

Company does not value employees overall well being or encourage life/work balance even w the "benefit" of a fitness reimbursement. Compensation is poor in relation to base salary and what the position entails. No support from upper Mgmt in day-to-day operations. I could go on and on...
