Pros

Founder and Owner Jane is very inspirational and the product is great.

Cons

-New GM and National Sales Director are not qualified to lead a sales organization -Fear based leadership -Instead of focusing on how to help one grow, they focus on how to "catch" someone not doing something. -For such a large, great brand, lots of bad people in place at the top -Reports Reports Reports! -No concept of how to goal their staff and they change numbers monthly based on "trends and last years numbers". Explain a 25% increase over last year to me again?? -New plan every other month. -Expected to work part-time for Ultas, Hand and Stones, and other national accounts.

Pros

Dermalogica is an excellent brand and product line with great visionaries.

Cons

I always thought people who have a problem with management, are the problem. Never in my lengthly career have I had an issue with management or a co-worker until now. This past year I've seen lower management as incompetent and completely lacking of integrity.
