Pros

Products are great. People that reported to me we're very talented.

Cons

Over worked, and no one cares..it is expected. Horrible boss. I could not wait to leave. Like being in a pressure cooker.

Pros

Base salary, tips and commission. It offers fitness and tuition reimbursement as well as benefits and 401K, it's a lot for the spa industry. They encourage continual education and offer educational support.

Cons

A little unorganized and not very cohesive....low starting pay in my opinion and hard retail and service goals. Seniority rules over performance...not sure about growth in the company unless you live in California. Cooperate Dermalogica gets WAY more as far as vacation/benefits/paid vacation.

Pros

Benefits package, products, Jane as the face of the company, very kind to estheticians who carry the products

Cons

Do not work in Sales here unless you want to be under appreciated, overworked, and treated unfairly. Sales managers are unethical. Way too many changes in short periods of time-management seems bi-polar and swings from one extreme to another, which makes it a confusing and frustrating work environment. They have SO MUCH turnover in Sales and the morale is poor. Lots of politics and favoritism going on. Sales people are unhappy but can't complain because they don't want to loose their job. Jane is the face of the company and although she does a fantastic job reaching out to estheticians and customers or end users, she doesn't seem to want to get to know employees at all. I actually get the feeling she doesn't like the sales team. Still, Jane and her products are the best thing about this company. Products get an A, like I said, company culture gets an F.
