Pros

While the company doesn't show appreciation with high salaries, they do show appreciation in other ways-verbally, employee events, monthly product allocation.

Cons

It seems like some people get away with doing a horrible job and get better pay only because they have been with the company for a long time.

Pros

Great product and education. The product sells itself due to performance and branding. Our support items program and GWP's are very strong.

Cons

Management is terrible. We are micromanaged beyond belief. Our goals are consistently set so we can't hit them. DM's are a joke. Our internal staff needs an overhaul. I will look back on my time spent here and think of it as the darkest period of my career. This company is demotivating and shady. I can't believe you operate this way and still exist. I tell anyone who is listening to run from here. Still don't think that there's anything to the constant turnover?

Pros

Great products, marketing support, Education is exceptional, great support from my fellow team members.

Cons

Our job use to be Business Consultants. This meant spending 95% of our time in the field with our clients, needs based selling...meaning we focused on what support they need from us to grow their business. We are now expected to be Full time Sales Pushers, and Full time Openers. We have enough reports to take up a full time admin job. We receive countless emails, same subjects over and over again including on the weekends. There are way too many chefs in the kitchen...they need to streamline and not have so many mangers over managers over managers...this creates so much confusion. Concerns form the Sales Team is getting lost on the way to the top. This is clear as to why there has been no resolve and the company has had the biggest turn over in a long time. Last but not least. One of the biggest companies with the best sales team....yet we are not paid what we are worth. Need I say more??
