Management is poor at all levels, from line managers to senior leadership. New hires are rushed into training and required to agree to repay significant training costs if they leave within a specified period—none of which is outlined in the contract or explained beforehand. The company offers no work-life balance, and there is excessive micromanagement even from junior managers who struggle with their own responsibilities. Overall, the work environment is toxic and unpleasant.
