Changed a lot over the years Retail management are unprofessional. Clicky and all promotions are given to the same people. No opportunity to progress. Demotivating unrealistic targets. Now pay, very low compared to other brands on the market. Product developments aren’t able to keep up with growing trends. Dated products, needs a facelift.

Pros

Products are great and the company benefits are decent. Depending what team you get it can be enjoyable at times.

Cons

Completely uncompetitive pay, Toxic work environment, sales pressures, archaic systems that seems to never change, always working on tight budgets and never willing to actually make necessary changes, progression is also very very slow.
