product allocation , some workshops, some nice colleagues - only a few!

Cons

poor management, no support , favouritism, no possibilities to grow, unrealistic targets... you will get penalised for every single thing that it's not your fault. Short staffed always! People comes and goes. Disrespect, poor wage and huge expectations = utopia....

Enjoy being part of a growing company with many opportunities. Lots of new positions have been created which keeps the work environment interesting. Good mix of tenured and new talent.

Cons

More team building activities would be phenomenal along with increased learning opportunities to provide our staff with career building tools.
