Good Incentives. Generally good reviews.

Cons

Fantastic company to work for if you thrive in a witchy, female dominated environment where you dont mind stepping on others in order to climb the corporate ladder. Management has clear favorites which are the only ones they listen to. And there is much micromanaging happening including unhealthy competition between states even though we are meant to be unified 'tribe'. Not a good workplace for honest workers. Lots of lies and scapegoating happens within this company not just in my case but i had watched it happen to others also.

Great people. Rarely find someone who has a bad attitude. STRONG CEO leadership.

Cons

Benefits need to be better (lower cost). More holidays/vacation time needed Seems that workload expectations are getting tougher and more unrealistic.

Cons

Low morale, low wages, catty employees, not a lot of opportunity for advancement or raises, managers openly criticize employees appearance. In my HR exit interview I was told it's a shame they aren't allowed to offer more salary-wise because they often lose talent to higher paying companies.
