      Supportive coworkers but understaffed at new offices

      Pros

      Everyone is great. Doctors and PAs are always kind and honestly see that we struggle! Great reps that bring sunscreen! They do work with you when you need off and will find you coverage

      Cons

      NOT enough staff anlways opening new offices but they do not have proper staff at the offices. They have 3/4 providers and 1 front desk. that’s over 150 that is not ok

      Four day work week is the only pro

      Cons

      NO supporting staff. No regional manager. The schedule is so overbooked patients end up waiting a long time to be seen. You will not get a lunch break because of how short staffed it is and so behind schedule.

      Pros

      If you manage to last 90 days, they give you a jacket with their logo. Sometimes a dog comes to the office.

      Cons

      Work is with human skin biopsies swimming in harsh carcinogens. Low pay, astronomical cost of benefits, and a culture of shame and humiliation upon making a mistake.
