      Pros

      Doctors are nice, and some of the co-workers are great people. It is a busy place and still growing. There are opportunities to advance within. Flexibility, no work on major holidays.

      Cons

      Process inconsistencies need more structure and organization. Instruction and direction from multiple managers make it confusing for employees to know which problems to report to who. Need better communication between staff and management.
