Company not interested in giving salary increases, only in making acquisitions

Work-life balance is good Wfh Great work culture The employees and managers are all knowledgeable, good to work with and very helpful when called upon.

Cons

Employees have been subjected to a salary freeze due to the current economic situation. Employees were ok with the salary freeze until the CEO sent out a video talking about the current economic situation, not mentioning anything about employees salary freeze but kept stressing that we need more acquisitions and for employees to be on the lookout for companies we can acquire and to bring it to management's attention. So you have no money to give Employees a salary increase, but you have money to acquire more companies? I guess Employees don't come first for him. On top of the salary increase freeze, we have to see emails go around welcoming new hires and Employee promotions.

Flexible schedule, helpful and responsive leadership, fully remote work environment. Amazing benefits, lots of vacation, great work/life balance, really is a great place to work, don’t let the negatives take too much away from that, it’s actually a great place to be.

Cons

Pay isn’t enough, raises aren’t very good. Currently a pay freeze, maybe hiring I don’t know for sure.
