      Pros

      The health insurance benefits are pretty good. You'll definitely get at east 40 hours a week.

      Cons

      We're in a constant state of being understaffed - I can't *imagine* why people wouldn't stay here. The pay isn't nearly enough for what you'll do, and you end up staying late most days because there aren't enough people to handle the workload. The superiors are complacent and insist on keeping things they way they are, even if they aren't working, and have even tried to quell HR complaints of mine so I didn't end up reporting anyone. (I did anyway.) There are people here who have been doing the same thing for 15 years. It's grim. It's bleak. Coming to work is such an emotional strain that I consider a new job every other day.

      Pros

      You can work from home any time you want. Lots of remote workers. Not very demanding or challenging. Set your own pace.

      Cons

      Management seems too busy to care about the staff. None of the perks or caring that other tech companies have. In my experience, I saw a lot of bullying by the senior management team, both of junior staff and of each other. Maybe they don't see what they do as bullying, but it is, and it is not pretty. This style flows down the org, and I saw mid level people doing it too, in multiple branches of the tree.
