Pros
I tried to think of a pro of working for Deshazo but I could not come up with one. Stay away from this place.
Cons
They will steal from your pay any chance they get. Especially if a job makes them lose money. There is no hours to begin with. Promised raises but never delivered. Benefits are not that good comparative to the industry. Management is not that good relaying information. They hire from outside the company so there is no room for advancement. Management plays favorites. Pay is well below the industry standard, and I came in at what they claimed was the highest pay scale, with 5 years experience, and made less than half of my old job as a technician.
