Pros

Issued a mobile work phone, so no work calls on personal phone. Issued a decent work laptop.

Cons

You are basically on call for 24 hour support for anything and everything. This job will infiltrate and disintegrate your personal life. Kiss your friends and family goodbye.

There’s always work to be done

Cons

You have to be in with the right people to get anywhere The pay is awful and the raises are worse Plan on working 6 days a week the rest of your life Communication between management and workers is horrible They don’t tell you anything until last minute The pay vs what you do doesn’t add up If they had a union the pay for the kind of work they do would be around 25/hr but they pay you around 15-16/hr Insurance in horrid It’s a dead end job all the way around

Respect - general lack of respect for people Understaffed - not enough people to cover projects and workloads Excessive travel - no work-life balance Favoritism - it is all about who you know and getting in tight with them Long hours -too many Communication - No one knows what is going on Planning and execution - not the best - ties back to communication
