work is varied and interesting at times. and can be a challenge to work on.

Cons

the boss can be a bit of task master.. or just leave you hanging on what he wants or limits the jobs he give you when you can do others.

Pros

It is hard to think of one thing, sadly.

Cons

There are so many Cons to working here. The culture is all about backstabbing others. You have to prove to your manager that your co-worker did a bad job. People take credit for your work and pass it off as your own. You don't get paid a fair rate. What they are charging customers versus what you get paid is extreme. The equipment is quite old. The CEO comes in and barks orders. The managers do not care about your personal life.
