A stepping-stone in my Accounting career

Pros

No micro-managing, independent work at your own pace with no pressure from management. I drive more than an hour and everyday I look forward to a new stressed-free day with my lovely beautiful co workers. The people here are friendly and welcoming, the owner is always busy in meetings we hardly get to interact with him but overall he's a calm and can be a funny individual.

Cons

During my time here I have not experienced or ran into any problems, I just sit on my desk and mind my own business. Wednesdays just feel a lot more longer...

Pros

Design catapult is a great company with lots of exciting projects. The owner is very passionate and believes in the company's mission and vision. he has been supportive at all times with staff and is always willing to listen if you approach him the right way. employees are friendly and are known to work as a team at all times. there is room for growth but you have to work your way up.
