Great team but poor IT and CEO level management issues

Pros

Certain managers are excellent and help make the workplace better. Stress has not been high for deadlines.

Cons

IT is horrible. No admin rights without justification and constantly getting in the way. Higher level management is very egotistical. Work from home full time is only for special contractors not full time employees... Really shows that they value their employees.

Pros

Good pay, new president recognizes the need for, and is driving to change the culture.

Cons

Mid and upper management are mostly misaligned and pushing their own agenda and not working cohesively to achieve business objectives. There is no clear focus or priority and in spite of almost every projects being behind schedule they continue to add more initiatives and projects to the queue.
