Pros

Good pay, new president recognizes the need for, and is driving to change the culture.

Cons

Mid and upper management are mostly misaligned and pushing their own agenda and not working cohesively to achieve business objectives. There is no clear focus or priority and in spite of almost every projects being behind schedule they continue to add more initiatives and projects to the queue.

No managerial support or development opportunities, poor communication, unhealthy culture, aggressive expectations with no support, out-of-touch leadership.

The leadership is out of touch with how to improve employee engagement. Engagement scores are consistently below benchmarks and those of peer companies over the past fiscal year. Profits are prioritized over people.
