      There is nothing positive to report for this firm.

      Cons

      One of the most toxic workplaces in the DC international development community. There was an unprofessional environment pending from years of nepotism and corruption which led to several pending investigations with respect to misconduct. There is no room for growth and leadership is toxic, bitter, and outdated.

      Pros

      Devtech is growing rapidly on clear management leadership. It offers a collegial and informal working environment. For young professionals, it is a great opportunity to learn and work in meaningful projects. It’s location in the Washington DC area is an additional plus.
