      Pros

      Management has realised that the high turnover is a problem and is trying to do something about it. Turnover is slowing. DevTech is a good short term option/ starting point.

      Cons

      Morale is low as employees feel that their opinions are not appreciate nor valued. The approach to problems is typically avoidance and hope that they will go away if ignored. Management is inconsistent in their approaches with their favorites able to get what they want whereas others have to try much harder. Policies are inconsistently applied and justified differently depending on the requester.

      Pros

      I had a great opportunity to learn about a wide variety of clients and have had exposure to most of the standard concepts, techniques, and frameworks in modern development. They emphasize statistics and data driven approaches, and thinking. and that has helped me with better decision-making tools

      Cons

      Can feel like there is nobody watching out for you over the long-term and the level of responsibility is high, needs more guidance though no one wants to be the one to ask for extra help.
