Pros

- Work environment is friendly and productive. - Easy to integrate into work culture and space. - Great learning experience for government contracting. - Coworkers are friendly and patient teachers/mentors.

Cons

- some office space are warmer than others, a bit uncomfortable to work in but manageable.

Pros

Management has realised that the high turnover is a problem and is trying to do something about it. Turnover is slowing. DevTech is a good short term option/ starting point.

Cons

Morale is low as employees feel that their opinions are not appreciate nor valued. The approach to problems is typically avoidance and hope that they will go away if ignored. Management is inconsistent in their approaches with their favorites able to get what they want whereas others have to try much harder. Policies are inconsistently applied and justified differently depending on the requester.

Pros

There aren't any. This place is a disaster.

Cons

Low morale. Terrible benefits. Poor management at the highest levels. President is crass and says things that make many of the women I know uncomfortable. High turnover. Untrustworthy, get everything in writing.
