Pros
Many staff were kind and very collaborative. They provided bonuses and incremental raises. A good place for an early self-starter who wants to throw themselves into work.
Cons
Senior management consistently failed to communicate decisions regarding job responsibilities, leaving employees in the dark about shifting expectations. Junior-level staff were routinely expected to take on manager-level duties without fair compensation or recognition. Overall, a lack of transparency and respect for junior-level staff. Little, if any, consideration was given to those being laid off in light of the impending downsizing with recent EOs. Several employees were abruptly cut off with no meaningful support or transition assistance. While it was undeniably difficult to prepare for such circumstances, some more consideration and empathy in handling the situation would have been greatly appreciated.
