      Pros

      I enjoy working at DevTech. When I came on board, I was tasked with restructuring my department and it was a challenge that I happily took on. My management team always asks for my input and lets me run with my ideas. This sometimes is not possible with larger companies and I appreciate that there is room for creativity. My direct management team has been wonderful and cares about me and my professional growth.

      Cons

      The company's growth has led to many of changes and unless the employee is flexible, they may not be a good fit.
