Great Job/Unfortunately Low Pay

Pros

If you do your job and you're a good manager it is an incredibly easy and stress-free job. Keeping in mind that you're still a manager and you still have to deal with uncomfortable situations and do your job. It's good for those looking for a fairly low stress management position.

Cons

The pay is abysmal and as far as I have discerned doesn't get much better up the ranks either. Which makes it very hard to want to stay with the company. The entry level position is assistant manager and then there's general manager. The pay between the two is within a dollar. If you hit your goals through the month there's a little bonus pool of money in the general manager gets 70% and the assistant gets 30%. Nice but not much. Job is good if you're content with low pay.

Salary is based on many factors and not a “one size fits all” approach. If you feel your performance outweighs your rate of compensation, we encourage you to speak with your Regional Director. Pros

Long term employee, compensation is great includes good wage, bonus and Medical Insurance. Team environment is great to work in.

Cons

Growing pains that come with growth of company.

Great Company To Work For

Pros

Work life balance - Was off by 6pm every day and off on Sundays. Culture - Treat the employees as family. Upper management listens to you and asks for suggestions to improve. Bonus- Incentive based bonuses. The better you do the more bonus you make.

Cons

Customers leaving junk behind when they move out.
