      Devoted walks the walk. We strive to improve healthcare management and access for all people.

      People are clamoring to sign up with Devoted because of our excellence in care and management of our members-so we are very busy!!!

      Pros

      - Devoted is building an “alternate reality” American healthcare system that is outcomes-focused, and stands by their mission of treating every member (patients AND employees) as family. - Benefits are insane. Unmatched anywhere else in the industry. - Supportive of employees with families. Flexible schedules for most roles, great work/life balance. - Leaders are authentic, accountable, and inspiring.

      Cons

      - None personally. - Can confirm that, as others have mentioned, there is no 401k match yet. BUT, for me, this is more than offset by their other benefit offerings (100% health, dental, and vision premium coverage. Just wow.).

      Excellent leadership and culture. The work is meaningful, and fast paced. Great training program for new hires that helps you meet and connect with others on your team. Comfortable interview process with built in time for giving the company history as well as how the teams work.

      Cons

      You don't see the people you work with in person very often, although I love the ability to work remotely.
