      Cons

      Your department will make or break you. Some are great and some are toxic. Beware of backstabbers that will make up lies about you then not ask your side at all.

      Devoted offers an insurance product but delivers with love, respect, technology, and service - such that I’m so proud to be a part of delivering such an impactful product that changes lives. The stories of our customers are just astounding.

      Cons

      Complex business with a lot of regulatory forces. Development cycles are long because the sales and product cycles are long. Difficult to build in this space.
