      Pros

      Devoted offers an insurance product but delivers with love, respect, technology, and service - such that I’m so proud to be a part of delivering such an impactful product that changes lives. The stories of our customers are just astounding.

      Cons

      Complex business with a lot of regulatory forces. Development cycles are long because the sales and product cycles are long. Difficult to build in this space.

      Decent benefits. Remote work. That’s pretty much it.

      Cons

      Nepotism truly runs rampant- all you have to do is look at the leadership reporting structure and you’ll see family members reporting to other family members. Absolutely insane. Leaders lack compassion, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
