We perform pay equity reviews as part of our annual performance review process. We provide Company-wide DEI training on an annual basis for all employees and additional deeper training for people/hiring managers and the recruiting team. In addition to supporting affinity groups via various slack channels we also partner with vendors on ensuring inclusive language in job descriptions and recruiting forums that spotlight diverse and under-represented groups.
