Pros

I see now that I’m not the only one experiencing this. At first, I thought highly of Devoted — everything seemed great in the beginning. But it didn’t take long before things changed. I now have a supervisor who is extremely unprofessional. She displayed her witchcraft spell books to the team, openly brags about how detailed the sex novels she reads are, and uses profanity during one-on-one meetings. This type of behavior is completely inappropriate for a professional setting and creates a very uncomfortable environment. I truly loved working for Devoted at first, but the leadership is disappointing. I regret leaving my previous job for this one. I did better in Telesales than I do now in Member Services. As a Tier 2 employee, I’ve been given more and more responsibilities with no additional pay. The starting pay sounds great, but the deeper you go, the more the company starts to feel like a complete letdown.

Cons

Starting pay is very good.

Great culture, terrible benefits

Pros

There are a lot of good people here who care deeply about their work and each other. Team collaboration is strong, and many leaders genuinely try to support their teams despite the challenges.

Cons

The recent changes to our health insurance are a huge disappointment. What used to be one of the best benefits of working here has turned into one of the worst plans I’ve ever seen. And I can’t believe a healthcare company has such a terrible healthcare plan. This change feels like a significant pay cut and it’s disheartening to work for a company that has made healthcare so costly and difficult to navigate.

Pros

Coworkers are helpful. Share knowledge and they’re willing to help and assist with task. Collaboration between departments.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement- constant oversight for small assignments which reduces confidence and morale. Poor prioritization which results in inconsistency. Role ambiguity which creates confusion and accountability gaps. Burnt out and overworked no real work life balance. Expectation is to work 7 days a week.
