I’m glad to hear that you enjoy helping our members navigate medicare and our healthcare system, as well as the great perks of working from home and generous salary. We take our internal culture, diversity and approach to work/life balance very seriously, and do whatever we can to make working at Devoted a delightful experience. I’m sorry to hear that your experience with each of these has been less than optimal. Currently, we are in hyper growth and as a result, our policies and procedures do change frequently to make sure we are compliant and attentive to member needs and wants. As a growing company in a highly regulated environment, we do have high expectations and standards which is why there is frequent change.
