      Devoted has a rigorous hiring process, ever evolving and inclusive culture, and is always maintaining a step ahead by keeping members needs in mind. I’ve worked in healthcare for over 18 years and I finally feel “at-home”. This company is member focused and employee oriented. They have a competitive PTO and health benefits packages. The room from professional development is a part of the leadership model.

      Devoted will push you to bring 100%! This is a career path that is earned so it won’t always be easy. Due to the current healthcare system, challenges and change are consistent to keep up with up the CMS standards.

      Good pto bank and cheap insurance - though the insurance used to be free

      Cons

      This company is being driven into the ground. An absolute joke. No decisions they make are to benefit the members or employees. Everything is metrics and profit and upper management has straight up said “deal with it, you’re lucky to work from home.” The work from home part isn’t even worth it. Do not fall for their fake kindness.
