      Pros

      They offer a generous salary. Horrible 401K match.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Medicare Advantage plan that plays with the eldery’s lives and well-being due to poor benefit planning and execution. Unorganized organization. Inflated promises during interviews. Poor leadership.

      Pros

      Devoted has a strong mission, and I was proud to serve seniors with empathy and accuracy. Training was detailed and onboarding gave me the foundation to succeed. Work-from-home setup was convenient, and the company covered my Wi-Fi.

      Cons

      Layoffs happen suddenly, and you don’t always get clear answers. I was issued a final written warning toward the end of my time, and though I was told I was eligible for rehire, I can’t help but feel that it followed me back during reapplication.

      The level of investment this company has in its employees at all levels is incredible, I have never experienced such support nor have I been empowered and enabled to turn around develop others the way I have been. And the insurance, the benefits, are incredibly generous as well! Whatever your recruiting team is doing…keep it up!!
