      Fast paced environment, while a pro for some, the rapid growth on speed can be challenging for others. And Devoted is not available in all states.

      Cons

      Massive lay offs Say they value you but they really don’t Will say they care about their employees but at the end of the day they’re just like all the other company’s, you are discardable. They say they want you to care for the member & do anything to help them, yet all they care about is how many calls you take & your stats. During busy season calls will be back to back to back with not even a second in between. They give advancement opportunities to the ones who deserve it least, management tends to favorite those who are ‘ass-kissers’

We’re happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the ability to work remotely with us, but we’re sorry to hear the majority of your experience has not been positive and appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback. The reduction in force earlier this year was hard on all of us. Devoted offered generous severance packages to those who were affected.
